The Stags had a very successful weekend at British Athletics Championships held in Birmingham on Saturday and Sunday, 1 and 2 July 2017. They came away with two golds, five silvers and five bronze. Although Danny Talbot finished a close second in 200 metres, he broke the Club record in a legal time of 20.20 seconds. Danny ran faster than that earlier in the year but it was wind-assisted. The medals winners were as follows:
