Vault Cardiff on Sunday, 21 January 2018

Some of our pole vaulters took part in the Vault Cardiff competition over the weekend. The results were: Cameron Walker-Shepherd 5.02, Jack Phipps 4.92, Elizabeth Edden 3.57 and Kacie Carnall (U17) 2.22 (PB).

London U13-U17 Games at Lee Valley on Saturday and Sunday, 20 and 21 January 2018

In the 60 metres Hurdles Jordan Ricketts (U17) broke the 17 year old club record by recording 8.05. At the same meeting, Samuel Jones (U17) set a personal best of 55.41 in 400 metres. Meanwhile Karnell Nunes-Smith (U15) took part in three events. In 300 metres he had a personal best of 44.51, in Long Jump he set a seasons best of 4.23 and in the High Jump he set another personal best by clearing 1.40.
